Happy Birthday Ainsley

It was Ainsley's birthday last weekend.

So what does a 3 year old girl need?
A Dora bike

A chocolate mousse cake covered with in the night garden characters

A gathering at the park with your boyfriend who was celebrating his birthday in the same week
to enjoy a sausage sizzle and donuts for a cake at the park the next day.

Christmas faux quilts

i am calling these quilts even though there is no quilting at all.
it is 2 pieces of fabric and some batting but don't know what the technical name should be so faux quilts for now hehe.
i have made these for my kids as they get up very early ever morning and like to sit on the lounge under a blanket.
so i couldnt resist the christmas fabric and thought these would be great to grow out of and then become wall hanging eventually for them both.

byron got blue santa's with fantastic nutcrackers (this is my favourite fabric at the moment) on the reverse side.

Ainsley got a brilliant coloured
Santa with baubles on the reverse.

The wedding

We have just spent a week on the gold coast for kens sister wedding.

Our kids where 2 of 4 kids in the bridal party.

The report back was that all 4 kids behaved well whilst getting ready, then all did their part perfectly followed by enjoying themselves at the reception

after the wedding we spent a week in woolgoolga near coffs harbour with my parents.
the kids enjoyed them selves doing all the touristy things you just have to do.

I will hopefully fix those photo's when i get my copies they are a bit small sorry
